Some Days Are Better Than Others

I'd been on a mission for the perfect high waist leather shorts for months, and finally scored big when I purchased these lovely shorts by Play Me. The feel and cut are total perfection. I've bought a few vintage pairs from etsy and eBay, but wasn't too thrilled when they arrived in the mail. I seriously have an addiction to leather bottoms. I'm up to fourteen pairs and counting. What can I say? I'm an eighties rock chick at heart. One can never have enough leather and vintage rocker tees in my book.

Oh man, I wasn't stretching the truth when I said I was living in all black lately, just peep out my last three posts. These are some of the goodies that I picked up from H&M the other weekend. I'm super hot on these faux leather skinny pants, and they were only thirty five bucks. I picked up this killer jumper too, and went up a few sizes, that way I could wear it slung off my shoulder. I'm going to try to commit to some color for my next post, but don't hold me to it. I'm really digging my black right now.

I finally broke down and bought this black lacy number from Style Stalker last week, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. In fact, I've already worn it twice in the past seven days. I'm super impressed on how well constructed this dress is. It's very 1960's inspired and I adore everything from that era. If you're searching for that perfect little black dress, I highly recommend this one. Style Stalker never disappoints.

I'm totally obsessed with my new jumpsuit from Again Apparel. It's one of those pieces that I will most likely never part with. It's chic and black with a killer backside cut-out. What more could a girl ask for in a jumpsuit? Since it's officially fall, I've been gravitating towards black more than ever. Heck, even my workout clothes have turned to all black. I must be inspired by all of the gloomy weather we've had lately.

I'm obsessed with my new mesh body harness that I scored from etsy a few weeks back. I've been rocking it with just about anything lately, from my vintage silk blouse to my favorite white tee. Etsy has so many wonderful finds. Yesterday, I scored 100 metal spikes for under twenty bucks, in hopes to turn my vintage levi's leather jacket into rocker chic. I haven't had time for a DIY lately, so I'm really looking forward to this little adventure. Pictures to follow.

There's nothing better than throwing on my favorite denim shorts topped off with my T.Rex muscle tee. This is my definitely my go-to outfit when I'm in a rush out the door. I picked up a super cool Beatles tee today from Forever 21. If you haven't been to H&M lately, I highly recommend you do. They have so many Alexander Wang inspired knits that I could die. I left with my hands full. H&M never disappoints.

With the official start of fall being just a week away, I decided it was time to pull out my favorite cozy knits from last year, and also add a few new pieces to my ever-growing collection. I was in desperate need of a new black jumper, so I stopped by forever 21, and left with more than a jumper. Is it me, or is forever 21 getting better and better? I spent under two hundred bucks and literally walked out with fifteen things. Talk about a lot of bang for your buck.

Last Festival Outfit Of The Summer

I'm so sad that Summer is coming to an end. This was the outfit that I wore to the last festival of the Summer. I know you're thinking, "Did she really rock those platforms at a festival?!" Let's just say they were switched out after about an hour with my leopard matiko flat desert booties. This is officially my last post wearing my one teaspoon top. I know, I said it a few posts back, but this time it's the real deal. With Fall approaching, it really leaves me no choice.

I'm so stoked that the weekend is here. I just finished getting ready for the last festival of the Summer. Such a bummer, but all good things must come to an end, right? It's Labor Day weekend here in the states, so I have Monday off which is super awesome. That allows me time to recover from this two day festival binge that I'm about to throw myself into.
